Community Support For Women & Girl Child Empowerment, Initiative is a Nonprofit & Community based organization that provides support and empowerment for the less privileged women and girl children.


Our thematic areas of operations are but are not limited to the following :

  • Education

  • Health , Water & Sanitation

  • Psychosocial Projects

  • Environment and Climate Protection

  • Economic Recovery Projects

  • Gender and Capacity building of every woman and the girl child



  • Our Specific Objectives are listed as follows:


  • To create a voice for every woman and girl child.

  • To make and oriented every woman and the girl child to become community influencers and not just ordinary women.

  • To help the women and the girl child become economically independent by helping them build their livelihood capacity.

  • To help build women and the girl child through initiatives using social integration technology, economic independence, and grooming in areas of leadership roles.

  • Medical Outreach on Prevention of Malnutrition, November 2022.
  • International Girl day Celebration and Community Elite Women & Girls Leadership club Inauguration, 2022.
  • Kona Community Women Empowerment Jalingo Taraba, 2022.
  • Sicklecell and Father's Day Celebration, 2022.
  • Menstrual Hygiene Day WAYAI Taraba Project, 2022.
  • Jalingo Spelling Bee Competition, 2021.
  • Taraba HIV/AIDs Support Project, 2020.

  • Monthly Girls Club Meeting in Secondary Schools in Taraba State.
