• we monitor program implementation, and budget variance and conduct analysis of key strategic grants to ensure objectives are met. we participate in reflection sessions, and discussions on adaptation and facilitate support for technical assistance where appropriate.


• we support the review of proposals, budgets, and budget narratives to ensure completeness and compliance with stipulated donor rules and regulations. we maintain and updates a donor reporting tracker to track all upcoming reports and track the timeliness of report submission. we ensure projects and programs are delivered within budget, and timely(projects targeted towards women and girls are of priority to our mission ).

Because our platform is cloud-based, it makes it easy to deploy support for projects within countries in the above-listed continent. We started our pilot scheme within Nigeria precisely the North East and South-South of the Country.
